VIRTUAL: Baking with Sonny’s: Beyond Basic Bagels
Learn how to make this comfort food staple—with a twist—alongside Hannah Wolfman-Arent, a baker for Sonny’s Pizza. You’ll learn a classic bagel recipe with more traditional flavors, plus customizations for cinnamon raisin and other mix-ins. Before each class, you’ll receive a list of ingredients, the full recipe, and a step-by-step photographed guide so you can bake along in real time during the class.
Hannah Wolfman-Arent is a baker, educator, and organizer. A DC native, she’s been working in kitchens and classrooms for 10 years and learned to bake at Willa Jean and Echo’s Pizza in New Orleans.
