For the first time ever, JDC Entwine is heading Down the Block, exploring the global Jewish communities right in our backyards. Join us Sunday, August 22 from 10:00am-4:00pm as we explore the Russian-speaking Jewish community of Brighton Beach, Brooklyn. Together, we’ll learn about the migration of Jews from the Soviet Union to Brooklyn, taste the flavors this community brings to the neighborhood, and understand how the community has historically been served by local organizations.

JDC Entwine requires all participants to follow the rules and regulations set forth by local government officials as well as any additional regulations that may be in place in the location of service. By registering, attendees agree to abide by such protocols. At this time, in NYC masks are optional for those vaccinated and required for those unvaccinated.
