The Well's founding director, Rabbi Dan Horwitz, recently published his first book, Just Jewish: How to Engage Millenials and Build a Vibrant Jewish Future, and he's coming home to Metro Detroit to celebrate! Join us on Sunday, March 10th at Hillel Day School for an afternoon of nachas, schmoozing, and book signing!
Towards the middle of our time together, we'll hold a brief panel discussion featuring Rabbi Dan Horwitz, Rabbi Jeff Stombaugh (current executive director of The Well) and Rabbi Paul Yedwab (of Temple Israel), where they'll explore the past, present, and future of young adult Jewish life from their own unique perspectives. The panel will be moderated by Jessica Katz.
Due to the generosity of donors, there is no charge to attend, but registration is required. You can also add on a pre-order copy of Just Jewish, and then we'll have it for you when you arrive. Alternatively, you can purchase a copy in-person at the event.
What to Expect:
-Attendees of all ages!
-Doors open at 12:30pm, panel discussion begins at 1:15pm, schmoozing and book signing continues from ~1:50-2:30pm
