Calling all matchmaker wannabees, curious cupids and best buddies! It’s time for the ultimate matchmaking extravaganza… introducing Pitch-A-Friend, the most fun and heartwarming event of the year! Watch as friends turn into IRL cupids, presenting their awesome single buddies on stage with creativity and flair. Witness the laughs, the “awws,” and the occasional super embarrassing childhood story as each friend gets their shining moment in the spotlight. After the presentations, stay for a reverse happy hour to mingle and chat with the very same friends who were just showcased. Don’t miss the chance to spark some romance, laughter, and unexpected connections!

7:30pm: Doors open – get yourself a seat and pick up some popcorn and movie snacks

8pm: 90 minutes of pitches on stage emceed by Tribe 12’s matchmaking apprentices, Carly Goldberg and Ross Beroff

9:30pm: Reverse happy hour – have a glass of wine and shmooze with the now-famous friends from the presentations

Who is this event for? The people being pitched will be in Tribe 12’s demographic: people in their 20s and 30s who are dating in Philly’s Jewish community….. but ANYONE can be a member of the audience and ANYONE can pitch! Picture a married couple pitching their somehow-still-single friend, two people who used to date pitching each other, a group of longtime friends pitching their bestie, a grandmother pitching her grandson… sky’s the limit!
