With reflections from guest speakers and music from Sixth & I musicians\, the service blends contemporary and traditional elements for an experience that feels both familiar and fresh. Stay after for a seasonal meal prepared by chefs at Emma’s Torch\, a social enterprise that empowers refugees through culinary education and job readiness training. \nHappy Hour – 6:00 pm (must be 21+) \nService – 7:00 pm \nDinner – 8:15pm \nTo start \nKunik bloomy rind cheese with baguette\, cherry mustard\, and spiced nuts (vegetarian) \nKale salad with roasted winter squash\, dried cherries\, red onion\, spiced nuts\, and maple vinaigrette (vegan\, GF) \nDinner \nPan-seared fish with Hoppinʼ John\, green onions & sauce piquant (GF) \nButternut squash pasta with red onion\, sage\, and pumpkin seed gremolata (vegan) \nDessert \nKnafeh (shredded filo dough) layered with cheese and topped with orange syrup (vegetarian\, GF and vegan dessert available by request) \nThe meal provided will be kosher-style pescatarian buffet with gluten-free and vegan offerings.
