And don’t worry about the carbs— you can burn them off on Sunday with the Trybal Barry’s Bootcamp workout .  \nWe’ll meet by the Yeastie Boy truck at 10:30am and at 11am sharp\, we’ll start the bagel crawl. $15 will get you two full bagels and schmear throughout the four stops\, an orange juice\, and two bottles of water. Gatherings may include gentle conversation\, creative expression\, easy adventure\, or simply shared presence — always with the understanding that participation looks different for everyone.
