DESCRIPTION:Calling all runners! Aspiring runners or walkers\, too. Arrive at 12:45pm sharp for a brief pre-workout stretch and introductions. We will then split into 3 groups: runners\, joggers\, and walkers. You are free to do a solo run\, as well – we respect your injury prevention and training goals. \nThen we will meet for a post-workout meal and drinks (exact location will be sent 24 hours before the event\, to all approved RSVPs:)\nYou can even arrive fashionably late and join us for dinner or beers – we don’t judge 😆 \n* Ritzah means “a run” in Hebrew✨
