This moderate out-and-back hike is 7.1 miles round trip with ~1\,100ft of elevation gain is expected to take just over 3 hours. Please note that there is limited shade\, so sun protection is a must. \nBring: At least two liters of water\, good hiking shoes\, long pants\, sun protection (sunscreen\, hat)\, layered clothing\, a snack\, and of course a big smile on your face! \nMeeting Point/Parking: Please meet at the parking lot located at 2660 Westridge Rd\, Los Angeles\, CA\, 90049. We will wait at the trailhead next to the gate.
