During this 49 day period of counting\, it is traditional that no large festive gathering or celebration is held. DESCRIPTION:The first Friday of each month\, our Shabbat activities start a little later. Most months\, there is also a post-service dinner available for the 2239 Young Professionals group.\n \nWe invite you to end your week and welcome Shabbat with us!\nAt 6:30 pm and again after the service: Have something to eat (to tide you over or as your dinner)\, a drink (we offer a full bar\, plus non-alcoholic options)\, and connect with your community. \nKids are always welcome\, and they’ll be able to eat before (and after) the service\, play Connect 4\,  or create at a coloring table. \n7:00 pm – Our Shabbat service begins. \nWatch the Livestream \nAfter the service – Stay for dessert\, or more food and drinks! \nRegistration for the 2239 dinner coming soon! \nSpecial thanks to our musicians who add so much to the service.
