DESCRIPTION:Join Spark Your Health and immerse yourself in a 75-minute Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath experience that will guide you towards a state of deep relaxation. \nYoga Nidra is an ancient practice of therapeutic resting meditation. We begin our journey with 30 minutes of gentle movement and supported postures to release stress and connect to our body and breath. \nThen\, easing into a comfortable reclined position\, you will be guided in a meditation that includes a gentle guitar sound bath\, Sanskrit mantras\, poetry\, and meaningful stories meant to elicit curiosity and inspiration. \nIn this safe space you are invited to let go\, close our eyes and connect to a deeper state of mind. \nSound baths have been proven to reduce stress and improve mental clarity\, intuition\, sleep quality and overall vitality — what better way to spark your health? \n\nThis event will take place on-site at 92NY only.\nIt is recommended to bring a yoga mat\, blanket and/or bolster/pillow. Yoga mats and blankets are available for you to borrow on-site at 92NY should you choose not to bring your own.\nYou may also choose to bring an eye mask or anything else that you find to enhance your comfort during this experience.\n\nWe hope to see you for a relaxing and rejuvenating evening.
