We’ll share practical strategies for conserving energy\, setting boundaries\, and finding small pockets of ease\, with time for supportive conversation. \nThe Spoons Tribe is a new space to find community around disability\, chronic illness\, mental health\, and fluctuating “spoons” or energy moments. We gather monthly on Zoom\, and every other month in-person\, to focus on building community that honors rest\, accessibility\, and the pace of our own bodies and lives. Gatherings may include gentle conversation\, creative expression\, easy adventure\, or simply shared presence – always with the understanding that participation looks different for everyone. This is a space to connect without pressure\, slow down\, and be nourished by Jewish community. \nEveryone is welcome\, you don’t need a diagnosis or to identify a certain way to participate in Spoons Tribe. And to note\, Spoons Tribes events will always be dry\, alcohol-free\, events.
