DESCRIPTION:Join EntryPoint DC\, Federation’s NextGen\, and young professionals across the DMV at the Edlavitch DCJCC for our signature volunteer event\, Everything But The Turkey. Volunteers will prepare Thanksgiving-themed side dishes for those experiencing hunger and homelessness in our region – we’ll make Everything But The Turkey! Our program partners at DC Central Kitchen then add turkeys and distribute the meals to partner agencies including homeless shelters\, schools\, and more. \n\n\n\nCoffee and pastries will be available for an optional mingling session before the volunteer project starts. After the service project\, we invite you to join us at a nearby bar for more mingling – no separate registration necessary! \n\n\n\nSchedule:11:30 AM: Coffee Mingle (optional)12:30 PM: Volunteer Project \n\n\n\nThis program is open to people ages 21-45. Registration is required\, and we expect it to fill up quickly!
