These meals are then provided to social service organizations for distribution. \nIn the last year OBKLA held 335 cooking sessions each producing 300 meals\, engaging more than 17\,000 volunteers and feeding105\,000 people in need. \nYour ticket sale goes directly to providing meals for those in need.  \n \nWhat to Expect: \nWe will be preparing and packaging over 300 meals and 600 chocolate chip cookies from scratch under the guidance of our chefs. It’s a fun\, hands-on session where everything is taught step-by-step. \n\nPlease wear comfortable shoes — you’ll be on your feet and moving around for the full two hours.\nWe’ll provide aprons\, gloves\, and hairnets at check-in. Feel free to wear a hat if you prefer to skip the hairnet.\nExpect a sweet treat — you’ll sample the cookies fresh from the oven\, plus enjoy Red Vines and water to keep your energy up.\n\nLocation & Parking: \n8657 W.
