DESCRIPTION:Join Tribe 12 for our Monthly Shabbat Gathering! We will join at the Weitzman Museum of American Jewish History to light Shabbat candles\, enjoy a vegetarian meal and enjoy the peace of Shabbat with each other. There will be light schmoozing when you arrive and we will gather for ritual and blessings at 6:45pm. There will be round tables set-up that seat up to 10 people and seating is open. Challah\, grape juice\, wine\, water\, seltzer\, and a vegetarian meal will be provided. It will be buffet style. A more detailed menu will be provided the day before the event. Please reach out to amanda.graff@tribe12.org by Monday 4/20 if you need hechshered (Kosher-certified) food or other food-related accommodations. This facilitated singles gathering  is designed to help you meet a variety of people in a relaxed and welcoming environment — without the awkwardness of traditional speed dating.\nWe’ll begin the evening with a\nlight kosher vegetarian dinner and casual mingling\n\, followed by a series of\nguided “speed shmoozing” rounds\n. You’ll rotate through small tables with conversation prompts that make it easy to spark genuine conversations and get to know new people.\nAfter the structured rounds\, we’ll end the evening with\ndessert and open mingling\n\, giving you time to reconnect with anyone you’d like to keep chatting with. You will also have the opportunity to fill out a form to share anyone you are interested in\, and\nwe will connect you afterwards if the feeling is mutual\n!\nTo help create a balanced and intentional space\, this event uses a\nshort application form\nrather than direct ticket sales.
