In Person. After struggling to find a quality bagel while attending school in the Midwest, Josh Small set out to make a bagel that met his expectations (with his JSport friends as his final testing ground). With his recipe now perfected and his business, DoughCo, running, he’s ready to spread his passion for bagel making. Join fellow 20s + 30s to make your own bagels, choose from a variety of bagel seasonings and toppings, enjoy wine and other refreshments, and schmooze! For ages 21+.
