20s + 30s Embodied Yoga + Discussion on the Rooftop
ABOUT THIS EVENT
In Person. Join fellow 20s + 30s for a meaningful rooftop yoga class and discussion with Pam Skop, mental health counselor and yoga teacher, and Libby Parker, registered dietitian and certified eating disorders specialist. The yoga class will focus on being in and accepting our bodies as they are, followed by a conversation about the impact that body image has on our lives. Yoga class open to all level. Yoga mats will be available. Snacks and mocktails will be served following the class.
This program is generously subsidized by the JCC’s Teen + Young Adult Mental Health Initiative and offered in partnership with The Selma and Lawrence Ruben Center for 20s + 30s.
