20s & 30s Spooky Sabbath

If you’re a Central Synagogue Member, please check your email for a discounted ticket link.

This October 31, we’re turning down the lights, sparking the candles, and lifting our spirits for a one-of-a-kind Sp0oKy Sabbath! Join fellow 20s & 30s for a Shabbat that blends soulful music, sacred ritual, and a dash of Halloween magic.

Expect prayers, laughter, challah, and candy (because who says you can’t have both?). Costumes are highly encouraged—whether eerie, enchanted, or just plain fun—while the only requirement is bringing good energy.

Come for the service and dinner, stay for dessert and community, and then take your spooky spirit out into the night!

Schedule

6:30 pm – Happy Half-Hour

7:00 pm – Services

8:00 pm – Dinner & Dessert

9:15 pm – Program Ends

If you are not a Central Synagogue Member, tickets for this special Spooky Sabbath are $36. If these costs are barrier to attendance, please email Alef Davis at davisal@censyn.org before the event.

This event is for people ages 21-39. If you fall outside this age range, we kindly ask that you do not purchase a ticket. We will be checking ID at the door to verify name and age. Those who are not 21-39 will not be admitted to the event. Please be respectful of our community standards. If you’d like to get involved in our new 30s & 40s group, please email Marina Nebro at nebrom@censyn.org.
