During WELLTH Week, The J Sport and Fitness department will be providing , a series of live wellness lectures and classes themed around best practices topics accessible to The J community members and guests.
This year’s 2024 lineup will include wellness lectures, and fitness workout sessions reflecting on topics which drive home methods on how to unwind & manage anxiety to live your life with less stress.
