A Beginner’s Guide to Talmud Tales

Organizer: jHUB
Ages 20s, 30s
Back by popular demand!

When people have simple or profound questions, they may explore the internet searching for answers. Ditch your keyword searches and find wisdom in the ancient Babylonian Talmud, a central text of Rabbinic Judaism, at Rabbi Chase’s next free virtual learning class.

Rabbi Chase will explain meaning in supernatural stories and seemingly mundane meanderings, among other learnings. After the class, you will better understand Jewish history, Jewish thinking, and how Jewish life builds on the wisdom of texts written 1.5 millennia ago. Before the class, we will send you a Zoom link.

If you have questions, please reach out to Rabbi Chase at cfoster@jecc.org.
