February Metro Minyan – Refugee Shabbat

Organizer: 2239
Ages 20s, 30s
Join us for a Metro Minyan honoring Refugee Shabbat

Join us for our February Metro Minyan as we honor Refugee Shabbat.

We’ll start the evening with a Shot of Torah + hot appetizers and drinks followed by beautiful and accessible Kabbalat Shabbat services. Throughout the evening, we will share stories of refugees around the world and ways that you can get involved to help refugees in our community.

Finally, we want to help you get to Metro Minyan, so we’ve organized a shuttle bus from Dupont Circle to WHC. Meet at the corner of 20th and Q Streets NW (near the Dupont Circle North metro exit) between 5:30 – 6:00pm for a ride to Temple. The shuttle will depart promptly at 6:00pm. Please note shuttle bus transportation is only provided one way and will not make a return trip downtown at the end of the night.
