In Person. When it comes to your career…: Are you seeking more clarity, confidence and contentment? Do you minimize the value of your strengths? Are you preoccupied with external expectations?
Anxious & Ambitious helps to address individuals’ career-related anxieties by providing clinical and career support to Jewish professionals. Facilitators Yael Sharon, SPHR and Michael Leopold, CCSP guide a community of participants through an exploration of their current professional needs and their strengths, in partnership with the JCC’s Naomi Skop Richter, LCSW and Rabbi Yael Rapport who advise on emotional wellbeing and Jewish values at work. (Learn more about the talented facilitators here)!
Participants enroll in 4 group sessions and 1 individual career coaching session for a total of $90, just $18 a session! The group sessions are on Tuesdays: October 29, November 12 & 19, and December 3 (7:00-8:30p). Additionally, participants can opt into attending post-program socials & receiving ongoing support from the cohort community.
This program is produced in partnership with The Selma and Lawrence Ruben Center for 20s + 30s and the Teen + Young Adult Mental Health Initiative. It is important to us that the program is financially accessible for all who are interested.
