We’re celebrating the opening of Mongers’ Provisions’ new wine bar, The Rind, with a special grilled cheese making workshop with an international flair!

Head Cheesemonger (and friend of The Well) Zach Berg will select some of his favorite international ingredients to level up an already amazing grilled cheese. In groups, we’ll head into the kitchen to construct our perfect sandwich with the featured ingredients of your choice. While we nosh, Rabbi Jeff will guide us in some learning about international Jewish communities, inspired by the areas reflected in our featured ingredients.

Due to the generosity of donors, subsidized tickets are available for $25 per person. Your ticket includes a gourmet grilled cheese (that you’ll customize and build yourself!), two drink tickets, a private tour of Mongers’ new wine bar and kitchen space, and sandwich-making tips from the pros to take home with you!

Space is limited, advance registration is required by Monday, June 19th. This event is intended for young adults in their 20s and 30s, 21+ required. Lactaid will be provided.

We expect all participants to be vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. For those who are not, we ask that you wear a mask while in indoor spaces. Of course, masks are welcome for all regardless of vaccination status.
