In the glory years of the Greek empire, Judea lay in ruins, its people ravaged, taxed, and crushed to submission. Then, a small group of brave fighters showed that there was still a spark of life. They vanquished the enemy, rededicated the temple, and restored Jewish sovereignty. G-d crowned their efforts with miraculous success, which we celebrate each year on Chanukah.

Lying dormant and vacant for decades, the Old Post office lay abandoned and forgotten. Then, after years of disuse, it was renovated, rehabilitated and rejuvenated. Almost miraculously, 2,000,000 square feet of warehouse and ancient machinery gave way to sleek office quarters, event space, and entertainment facilities.
