Celebrate Pride Shabbat in partnership with Congregation Or Shalom in Vernon Hills. This event blends the spirit of Shabbat with the values of inclusivity and community, offering a dairy Shabbat dinner and meaningful services. It's a beautiful opportunity to honor diversity within our Jewish community. Dress code: Your Shabbos Best… and bring your Kippah!

Dietary Info: This meal will be a dairy pasta meal but not certified Kosher. There will be a Kosher option if you request it in your registration. Please note, Congregation Or Shalom does not have a Kosher kitchen so the Kosher option will be catered.

Early Bird Pricing: $10 (Friday, May 10, 2024 is the last day for this pricing)

After Friday, May 10, 2024, we can start looking into possible places where we would like to cater from. That is because we will have a better idea of how many people to expect for the Shabbat dinner, as well as how much money we will have to spend.

Regular Pricing: $15 (Saturday May 11, 2024-Friday, June 15, 2024)

Friday, June 7, 2024 is the final day that you can register for both the Shabbat dinner and services. After this date, you are not able to attend this dinner, due to eating and space accommodations. You can, however, still attend the services if you wish!
