Purim is all about rejoicing at being saved from persecution, and musical expression is one of the most joyous forms of celebration. Professional drummer Aaron Kierbel will facilitate a hands-on, fun and engaging program, taking participants around the world through drumming, movement and singing. Drums are provided and no musical experience is required. All that’s needed is a playful spirit and a willingness to connect to others through rhythm.

Aaron Kierbel is a professional drummer, educator and the founder of RhythmALLogy. His workshops have been presented in schools, jails, shelters, festivals and corporate boardrooms. Aaron has played in 30 countries around the world with genre-defying group Rupa and the April Fishes, as well as collaborating locally in the Bay Area with the San Francisco Mime Troupe, The Jazz Mafia, La Misa Negra, Meklit Hadero and others.
