It's Shabbat made simple: join us for a quick-hit, 1-hour soul session for young adults, filled with meditation, stretching, song, and ritual as we welcome Shabbat and unwind at the end of the week. As we'll be just a few days away from Tisha B'Av - one of the saddest days on the Hebrew calendar - we'll also explore ideas of grief, and how we balance grief within the rest of our lives.
We'll gather on Friday, August 9th at 6:00PM at the Boston Tea Room in Ferndale in a private room to simply enter, pray, and leave.
There is no cost to attend due to the generosity of donors, but we ask that you register so we can plan for the appropriate number of people.
This event will be held online.
The location for this event is private or will be announced later.
