Each year our rafting & camping weekend gets 40+ young adult Jews for a thrilling weekend you won’t soon forget! Join us for a weekend filled with incredible activities, beautiful nature, and the opportunity to form lifelong friendships & sometimes something more!!

???? Date: Friday, August 25 7:30pm – Sunday, August 27 3pm

???? Location: We’ve bought out a 15 acre pristine oasis directly on the river complete with basketball courts, large fields, fire rings, hot showers, and group hangout areas, a variety of restaurants a 2 min walk, and much more in Lotus, CA about a 2.5-3hr drive from the Bay!

???? Bringing Together the Bay’s Best Young Adult Jews Ages 22 – 44????

Jewbilee, one of the largest young adult Jewish groups in the Bay Area brings together Jews ages 22-44 to mix, mingle, and form meaningful connections. Our annual rafting weekend has been a smashing success since 2018, with about 40+ individuals joining us each year. Many new friendships, and even a marriage, have blossomed from past weekends.

Prepare for an action-packed weekend!

On Friday night, we’ll kick off with a heartwarming Shabbat dinner, followed by a campfire, drinks, schmoozing, and making lots of new friends. On Saturday, nearby we’ll hike the scenic rim trail and soak in the natural beauty of Sly Park lake, a hidden gem reminiscent of mini-Tahoe! As the day fades into night, we’ll gather around campfires, dance under the starlit sky, and later, indulge in an unforgettable onesie night at the local club. On Sunday morning, we’ll embark on an exhilarating rafting trip, riding the rapids and creating memories that will last a lifetime, followed by lunch & departure back to the Bay!

Whitewater Rafting: Rapids are mostly ~3s or less with a couple 4 rapids — so anyone who has never rafted can easily do this but still a blast for both newbies & those who are experienced!

Transportation: Carpooling options will be available; Jewbilee does not provide transport but will facilitate carpool matching. You do not have to miss work to join! Late arrivals on Friday night are welcome.
