Liberation Now: A Trans* Seder
ABOUT THIS EVENT
This Passover Seder is a ritual space created by and for the Transgender, Non-Binary, and Genderqueer Jewish community in honor of Passover–the liberation holiday. Step into this space of imagination where the traditional Passover vocabulary of oppression, struggle, and freedom is used to interpret the current moment for gender-variant people and explore strategies for resistance.
Join us as we imagine and embody what freedom can look like for our communities. This Seder will include music, group learning, hands-on activities, and a delicious meal in a safe and inclusive space.
