More Than Treading Water: Jewish Wisdom for Finding Joy in Times Like These
Last year, in her final months of her 30s, Rabbi Megan shared her hard earned wisdom on how to be an adult and not hate it. She is back for part 2 (you can join even if you missed part 1), to share how the Jewish tradition can provide tools, insights and ritual to make it a bit easier to live in the world. Topics will include meaning making, combating loneliness, spiritual resiliency and how to experience happiness while the world falls apart.
