Join us for a Young Professionals Rosh Hashanah Brisket Dinner!

Celebrate the new year with delicious food, great company, and festive vibes.

No affiliation or prior experience necessary.

Here’s the delicious Menu!

First Course:

Round Challah Bread: Freshly baked challah served with honey.

Honey-Glazed Carrots: Roasted carrots drizzled with honey and topped with fresh thyme.

Apple and Salad: Mixed greens with sliced apples, dressed with honey-mustard dressing.

Main Course:

Braised Brisket: Slow-cooked brisket in a rich red wine and onion sauce, served with caramelized onions.

Roasted Mashed Potatoes: Creamy mashed potatoes infused with spices.

Honey-Glazed Sweet Potatoes: Baked sweet potatoes with a honey glaze and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Red Wine: A nice Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon to complement the brisket.

White Wine: A crisp Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc for a lighter option.

Desserts:
