Rosh HaShanah in the park

Embrace the Jewish New Year, Rosh HaShanah, with jHUB as we host our annual Rosh HaShanah celebration at the beach.
We’ll have separate programming for families and young professionals and enjoy dinner together. We’ll reflect on the themes of the New Year with story, song, and Tashlikh at the beach, a Jewish ritual performed during the High Holy Days by tossing crumbs into the water to symbolize casting away the past year.
To do Tashlikh, we’ll walk down a dirt path. The path is not stroller friendly, and we recommend wearing tennis shoes or something easy to walk in. It is not a long walk, but it is downhill without railings or support.
Schedule:
4:30 p.m. – Open family activity stations
5:15 p.m. – Begin family program
6:00 p.m. – Say blessings and enjoy dinner with everyone! Families, children, and young professionals welcome!
6:30 p.m. – Start young professionals program
