The Well is thrilled to invite young adults to join us on a new program series: Shabbat Hop!
Our next visit will be to the Downtown Synagogue in Detroit on Friday, May 16th. We’ll gather for services at 6:00pm, followed by Shabbat dinner.
There is no charge to attend services, though advance registration is appreciated so we can plan for the correct number of people. An informational sheet about the Downtown Synagogue will be available soon and will be sent to registered attendees prior to the gathering.

Over the next several months, we’ll visit congregations across Metro Detroit and check out their quintessential Friday night or Saturday morning Shabbat experiences.
Whether you’re “shul shopping” and trying to find your perfect fit, or just looking to broaden your Shabbat horizons, this series is for you! These visits are not programmatic collaborations – our group will be in attendance just like the other congregants, so you can see how things would go if you decided to become a regular attendee on your own.
