* Please confirm your team with Omid (onouravi@gmail.com) prior to registering

* Minimum 7 players per team

*Competitive skill level, 21 years of age + (unless joining with a family member)

* $270 per player includes custom player jersey and staff fees

*12 teams only, games are Tuesday/Thursday nights (once a week)

* All games are at Sinai Temple

* Fall/Winter regular season runs from End of September(after holidays) through December (Holidays may take in affect) – Playoffs right after Holidays.
