A blend of education and fun for JCCSF Fitness Member Appreciation Month!
Join award-winning personal trainer and nutrition coach Jonathan Jordan “JJ” for a member appreciation event where he’ll explain the perfect smoothie dos and don’ts, provide recipes, and demo exactly what to do. You will also get to taste his Super Green Protein Smoothie and learn how to make it at home.
