Sufganiyot workshop

Doughnuts. Deep fried, infused with jam or custard, and perfectly topped with powdered sugar. Yeah, we’re talking about sensational sufganiyot, the round jelly/custard doughnuts eaten in Israel and around the world on Hanukkah! This year, learn to make fresh sufganiyot with the guidance of professional pastry chef Yael Herooty and learn about the history of these tasty treats from Rabbi Chase. Better yet, you get to show off your new skills at your 1 p.m. Browns watch party (or on your own, they’re going to be delicious).
If you have questions, please reach out to Rabbi Chase at cfoster@jecc.org.
