Sweet Artisan Challah Bake

Please join us for our first baking workshop after the summer months.
This special challah workshop will focus on specialty sweet challah for the holiday season, while working on the foundation of a traditional challah.
During this two-hour session, participants will learn by both demonstration and hands-on time how to mix, knead, braid, and bake challah for successful home baking.
Participants will prepare two challahs – one round Streusel challah, as well as one traditional three-strand braided challah.
Various braiding techniques will also be demonstrated.
