The Jewish Question: A Comedic Lament

ONE NIGHT ONLY – TICKETS JUST $18!  July 22nd, 7pm

In a remarkably original and funny work, Eric Jaffe tells the story of growing up in the shadow of the Holocaust, while also coming of age at a time when genuine acceptance–not only of Jews but of all people–seemed within reach. Ranging from Transylvania to Bangladesh, from Sweden to NYC, and drawing on everything from Socrates to professional wrestling, it’s a story of hope, disappointment, and the clash between youthful idealism and the realities of the Jewish experience.

Eric Jaffe is known for his hilarious and pointed takes on the ironies of American life. Whether channeling characters from his wild college days, poking fun at corporate absurdities, or examining the vicissitudes Jewish life, Jaffe’s stories invite audiences to laugh, reflect, and see themselves in new ways.
