Bread: Delicious challah rolls

Appetizer: Maple-glazed salmon with citrus, fall harvest salad with balsamic vinaigrette, Red cabbage salad with craisins and apples, Roasted eggplant dip

Soup: Creamy butternut squash soup with toasted pumpkin seeds

Entree: Garlic herb baked chicken, autumn rice pilaf, Sweet potato pie with marshmallows, green beans with garlic and roasted almonds

Dessert: Apple-cinnamon strudel, non-dairy vanilla ice cream
