Join Trybal NYC for a beautiful yoga flow followed by a build-your-own smoothie bowl bar (toppings will include fresh berries, granola, and more!) The 45-60 minute Vinyasa flow will be led by Lindsay A.
All levels of fitness welcome – no prior experience is needed.
