Over the course of four weeks, we will look closely at People Love Dead Jews: Reports From A Haunted Present by Dara Horn. Together we will discuss and consider the questions that are posed by this book on antisemitism, human dignity, narrative, and our present. Address and details provided the evening before the event.

The NJGs (Nice Jewish Girls) Who Read book club is a group of young women who have a shared love for reading and want to be able to meet friends while discussing great books! For almost four years Rabbi Megan has led a community of 20s and 30s who read through the lesser known books of the TaNaKh (Jewish Bible). Two years ago Philly folks joined her Chicago crew and and this fall she is starting this group back up to read the Second Book of Kings. We will meet on Zoom on Sunday evenings every 2-3 weeks. No experience necessary. The first week will be a refresher on the previous books!
