    We invite you to embark on a social and spiritual journey with folks in their 20s & 30s at BJ’s Aviv High Holy Day services. This is a time to engage in self-discovery and spiritual transformation as we reflect upon this past year and imagine the ways we will create together in 5785. These offerings have the elevated musical services and progressive values BJ is known for, with an eye toward our unique journey at this phase of our lives. We can’t wait to share the High Holy Days with you!

  • Brunch & Learn: A Non-Traditional Yom Kippur Experience

    For those who choose or are unable to fast, or those who do fast but don’t find themselves connecting to traditional Yom Kippur t’fillah (services), we are thrilled to be offering an alternative experience. Join Tamara on the morning of Yom Kippur for a communal conversation and text study all about forgiving ourselves and internal healing, accompanied by bagels & coffee.

  • Neilah (Closing) Services and Break-Fast with Base UWS

    The end of Yom Kippur should be filled with rich meaning, individual and communal introspection, and good food for the body and soul. Join us for egalitarian and musical (no instruments) Neilah (closing) services led by Rabbi Danny at 5:30PM to close out Yom Kippur and/or Break-Fast at 7:00PM. All are welcome!
