Collective Threat Response Initiative (CTRI) is a 501c(3) nonprofit empowering the Greater Washington DC Jewish community to take ownership of their safety through hands-on training and mission-driven volunteer security.
We offer public classes like Stop the Bleed, firearm safety, and situational awareness—designed for community members who want to be prepared. Our volunteer guards are emotionally invested, highly trained, and deeply connected to the communities they protect.
CTRI is building a scalable, culturally aligned alternative to traditional security – one that’s rooted in Jewish values, professional standards, and community resilience.
