Steve Eisenberg is a dynamic educator, speaker, and Jewish outreach pioneer who has seamlessly balanced a high-powered Wall Street career with a lifelong passion for community building. A former Vice President at Bear Stearns and Managing Director at Ehrenkrantz King Nussbaum, Inc., Steve has spent decades channeling his expertise and energy into creating meaningful connections and transformative programs.

For over 25 years, Steve’s JICNY Monday night class in Manhattan was the largest weekly Torah class in New York City, drawing a diverse audience of learners. A visionary in Jewish travel and programming, Steve has led 19 Birthright trips, inspiring him to launch Steve’s Recharge, a post-Birthright initiative for young Jewish professionals. Since its inception, Steve’s Recharge has facilitated dozens of immersive trips to destinations including Israel, Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Morocco, Denmark, Dubai, Argentina, and Panama, fostering meaningful Jewish connections worldwide.

Steve’s influence extends far beyond his trips and classes. A sought-after speaker and celebrated educator, he frequently travels to deliver lectures and develop outreach programs across the United States and internationally. Currently based in Miami, Florida, Steve founded JIC Miami, where he continues his impactful work through weekly Torah classes, Shabbat dinners, and innovative social events tailored for young Jewish professionals. He also created Miami’s annual International Shabbaton, which attracts thousands of participants each year from around the globe.

In addition to his work in Miami, Steve co-founded RAJE (Russian American Jewish Experience) and played key roles in founding Aish Manhattan and Chabad on the Upper East Side. His unique ability to connect with people and inspire Jewish engagement has made him a cornerstone of the Jewish outreach community.
