I.J. & Jeanné Wagner Jewish Community Center

The I.J. & Jeanné Wagner Jewish Community Center (JCC) is a vibrant community center in Salt Lake City, Utah, dedicated to enriching the life of the Jewish community and the broader community by offering educational, cultural, and recreational opportunities in a place where people of all backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs can gather in peace and understanding. Marking 100 years since its founding in 2025, the JCC has grown from its early beginnings on South Temple to its current campus nestled in the foothills near the University of Utah, which it has called home since 2001.

The JCC’s campus features a fully-equipped fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, a full basketball court, group fitness classes, a Pilates studio, and pickleball courts, alongside personal training services. Beyond fitness, the Center offers hourly childcare, swim lessons and teams, highly-rated children’s camps, and a preschool through its Early Childhood Center, which is generously supported by the United Jewish Federation of Utah.

Open to the entire community regardless of religion or background, the JCC also hosts community events including art exhibitions, lectures, festivals, and concerts, alongside community outreach and service programs. It serves as a central gathering place for Jewish life and general community engagement in Salt Lake City.
