About Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center of Milwaukee
The Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center of Milwaukee (JCC Milwaukee) is a non-profit, social services agency that traces its roots to 1895, when it was founded by Lizzie Black Kander as the Jewish Mission to support Milwaukee’s Jewish immigrants. Today the JCC operates across six locations throughout Wisconsin, serving as a hub for wellness, education, and community programs for people of all backgrounds, abilities, and faiths.
The JCC offers more than eighteen unique programmatic areas, including fitness and aquatics, adult and children’s programming, early childhood education, before and after school care, day and overnight camps (including Camp Interlaken JCC), special needs programming for adults and children, kosher dining, large event hosting, and arts and culture initiatives.
Grounded in Jewish ethics and values, the JCC celebrates the diversity of the Jewish community while welcoming and serving the broader Milwaukee and Waukesha County community. Its main facility in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin serves as the flagship campus and hub for its wide range of services.
