Learn to make your own babka with Boston’s premier challah artist, Mandylicious! Join us for a delicious evening of babka braiding that you can take home to bake and enjoy. Mandy will walk us through making a sweet cookie dough babka with your choice of cookie flavor and a savory cheesy garlic babka. You’ll learn all the essentials you need to make a delicious babka for you and your friends this summer!
Registration includes dough, toppings, all babka-making supplies, a recipe, and instruction guide.
Doors open at 6:30 PM.
Mandylicious
Mandy Silverman, known as Mandylicious, is the creative force behind a challah and babka sensation that has inspired bakers around the world. With her innovative take on traditional Jewish baking, she has developed over 550 unique recipes, and is passionate about making challah and babka baking inclusive, accessible, and fun for people of all backgrounds and experience levels. In addition to running her bakery in Sharon, MA, Mandy loves teaching classes and sharing her tips and recipes to support others on their baking journey.
