In this workshop we will use movement as a way to release and reconnect – with ourselves, with one another and with a shared sense of “community”.
Together, we’ll dive into various movement explorations, we’ll connect with our creative bodies, our physical imagination and our sense of play, and, hopefully, we’ll find collective moments of joy.
No prior dance experience necessary, only a willingness to move and be present in the space with the other participants. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle (you will be able to refill your bottle here). We have lockers and changing rooms available.
