Nefesh Social Presents Boca Tov – A Shabbat Wellness Experience
ABOUT THIS EVENT
Join us for a rejuvenating Shabbat wellness experience, designed for those in their 20s and 30s.
Take a break from the chaos of the outside world and embrace the true essence of Shabbat—rest, reflection, and meaningful connection. Together, we will unwind, reconnect inward, and build community in a peaceful environment.
The experience will feature workout classes, yoga, sound bath and breathwork, ice bath and sauna, coffee carts and treats, wellness vendors, and a unique spiritual Shabbat service led by Rabbi Ashira Boxman.
Don’t miss this special opportunity to relax, recharge, and connect!
