Hi NextGen, we’re psyched to be hosting our next event Sukkafest, complete with your favorite Octoberfest vibes. But, lest you be worried that we’re being appropriative, did you know that Octoberfest was actually invented by Jews? Ok… that may be a bit of a stretch, but it does seem that German Jews played an outsized role in building up some of Germany’s beer culture prior to the war.

Annnnyyyyway, we’ll be gathering this Sunday to build and decorate the Sukkah, have a short service, eat some brats (kosher and also vegan), pretzels, and sample some of the best fall beers Boston and its surrounds has to offer.
