**About Our Speakers**
**Mark Isakov** is a long-time Metro Detroit resident and hospitality
professional with more than a decade of experience in restaurants and in the
construction industry. His career has taken him through a range of hospitality
concepts where he developed a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
and building strong teams. After earning his degree in Business
Administration, Mark ultimately combined his hospitality background with his
entrepreneurial ambitions to co-found Buns & Patties in Berkley. Today, he
focuses on BnP’s operations, growth, brand and the guest experience.
**Vlad Shamayev** is a Russian immigrant with nearly two decades of
hospitality experience, beginning at age 14 in a family-owned bagel shop in
West Bloomfield. He spent years working his way through the industry,
developing expertise in restaurant operations, staff development and
hospitality. He co-founded Buns & Patties to serve high-quality food and make
every visit memorable and meaningful. He now focuses on maintaining those high
standards while building a restaurant that feels like part of the community.
**David Pinkhasov** is a long-time Metro Detroit hospitality professional with
over a decade of experience in restaurants. He began his career in the
industry in 2012, working his way through some of the area’s most notable
hospitality groups and developing a passion for great food, genuine service
and creating memorable guest experiences. The idea for Buns & Patties began
long before its doors opened, combining David’s love for good food and even
better service, with his vision of creating a restaurant that felt fun and was
rooted in the community. As co-founder of Buns & Patties, he now focuses on
the brand, guest experience and growing BnP into a multi-location concept.
